How we think about AI
AI tools connect to email, documents and client files. That makes them part of your IT environment, not a separate novelty. We start with accounts, access and data rules because those are what protect confidential information day to day.
No provider can promise that systems are completely secure. What we can do is apply sensible, well-established controls, explain the trade-offs plainly, and agree the scope with you before we start.
